FCV Thanksgiving Coffee Giveaway 2025 — Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Sponsor: Flight Crew Apps, LLC, Chicago, IL, USA (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States and Canada (excluding Québec) who are 18+. Employees, contractors, officers, and directors of Sponsor and members of their immediate family/household are not eligible. A selected Canadian entrant must correctly answer a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question to be declared a winner.

3. Promotion Period

Starts November 17, 2025 12:00 a.m. ET and ends November 25, 2025 11:59 p.m. ET (“Entry Period”). Sponsor’s server is the official timekeeper.

4. How to Enter

A. Social Entry (Participating Platforms): During the Entry Period, complete the steps on any one (or more, subject to the entry limit) of the following platforms:

• Facebook: flightcrewview (Official Page)
• TikTok: @flightcrewview
• X (Twitter): @flightcrewview

Steps per platform: (i) follow the official account/page listed above; (ii) like the Giveaway post; (iii) comment per the prompt during the Entry Period.

B. AMOE (Alternate Method of Entry): email your full name and the platform handle you use most to promo@flightcrewview.com with subject “FCV Thanksgiving Coffee Giveaway 2025” during the Entry Period.

Limit: One (1) Entry per person PER PLATFORM during the Entry Period. Duplicate, automated, or bot-generated entries are void. Social and AMOE entries have equal chance of winning.

5. Prize(s) and Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”)

1 winner(s) will each receive $25 USD coffee e-gift card (winner’s choice of Starbucks, Dunkin’, or Tim Hortons) (ARV $25.00 each). Total ARV $25.00. Coffee brands named are not sponsors of or affiliated with this Giveaway. Prize is delivered electronically; no substitution or transfer permitted, except Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if unavailable. Winner is responsible for any taxes.

6. Odds

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

On or about November 27, 2025, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible Entries to select potential winner(s) and up to 3 alternate(s) in order drawn. Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner via direct message from the applicable official account/page (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X (Twitter)) or via email (for AMOE). Potential winner must respond within 48 hours and may be required to complete eligibility verification (and, for Canadian residents, correctly answer a skill-testing question). If a potential winner fails to respond, is ineligible, or declines the prize, Sponsor may award the prize to an alternate.

8. Rights in Entries & Publicity

By entering, you grant Sponsor a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use your username/handle and submitted comment for winner announcement and promotion of the Giveaway in Sponsor’s channels, without further notice or compensation where lawful. No ownership of your content is transferred.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person who tampers with the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor impairs its integrity or proper functioning, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion.

10. Release

By participating, you agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates from any claims or liability arising from participation or receipt/use of any prize.

11. Platform Notices

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook (Meta), TikTok, or X (Twitter), or any coffee brand. You understand you are providing your information to Sponsor and not to these platforms or brands.

12. Privacy

Information collected is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and will be used solely for administration of the Giveaway and as described herein.

13. Disputes / Governing Law

Subject to applicable law, the Giveaway and these Rules are governed by the laws of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws. Any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, in the state or federal courts located in Cook County, Illinois (unless prohibited by law).

14. Winner List

For a winner name, email promo@flightcrewview.com with subject “Winner List — FCV Thanksgiving Coffee Giveaway 2025” within 30 days after the close of the Entry Period.
